“Museum of the Bible” will be a new addition to our vast diversity of museums and galleries!
Only way to describe our Nation’s Capital in one word would be a TREASURE. An endless treasure of history, culture, diversity, food, politics and everything else in between. You can live here forever and not see it all. Even, if you are a tour guide like myself whose given thousands of tours or someone whose lived here for 50 years or more. Our Nation’s Capital was built on symbolism where every house, every circle, every square, every bridge, and every street has a symbolism behind. The history of Washington, D.C. is the History of the USA compressed into this small district, known as our Nation’s Capital. Here, the history comes alive.
The last Museum (the African American), part of the Smithsonian Institution (19th) was opened last September. Now, this coming fall we will be adding a new addition to our diverse treasure. We can’t wait until “the most technologically advanced museum in the world providing guests with an immersive and personalized experience as they explore the history, narrative, and impact of the Bible” will open it’s 40 foot tall bronze doors on 430,000-square-foot space this November.
CAN’T imagine the demand for tickets to this new wonder.
